how do i load a picture from my computer... asks for a picture URL

Below the post window there is a "MANAGE ATTACHMENTS" button. Hit that, then "Browse" and you will be able to pick a file from your computer. Once you get the file, click upload, and ur there. Otherwise, you will have to supply an "http..." address to link to a picture.
