Was wondering, if installing a 1/4 spacer on the intake with the v-force reeds would gain anything? The ESR Reed Blocks are allot wider then the v-forece reed block, so just wondering if adding the spacer block to V-force reed would help.

I think that the spacer is to give the esr reed cage clearance because it wont fit down in were the v-focre will, dont quote me but I dont think it will make any difference, running the spacer.

Hey Bob
I would give it a try. Think of the difference between a standard manifold and a tunnel ram manifold. The increased space in a tunnel ram manifold allows the fuel to mix with a greater volumn of air, "atomization" creating a vortex which creates higher hp numbers. I do not know if a 1/4 " spacer will make a remarkable difference but I bet there would be a positive change in the numbers. Any time you can force feed a larger better mixed charge into the compression chamber you will create better hp..
Good luck...Ken
