No offence to anybody who races them but the ones at GVAT are a cheaper alternative. The ones I'm talking about use 500cc engines. And they are special built for this. The ones at GVAT, are either cage karts, or flat carts with a cage welded on.

Actually the QRC Karts can be ran in the Open class at Shellhammers. I don't know if Shellhammers has a CC cap or not for the open class.

Yea. To be honest if they had a 500cc Winged Outlaw Kart Class any where close by, Id run them rather than micros. For the reason that they are just as fast (given the track size), and they are like 11,000 dollars cheaper than a 270 brand new.

Yes SFM I am serious. And Apparently ^^^^^ somebody else agrees. These karts have been clocked at 80 MPH. And according to the thread I started earlier this year, thats all the faster a 270 at TW goes.
i would love to see them i seen them run and now i want one.....bring them on !!!!!

well... with the proper car counts i'm sure tracks like Ship, GVAT, Selinsgrove, etc. would be interested in doing a 500cc Outlaw Kart class. And possibly even the smaller divisions of these karts as well. But... the problem is, since they are new to alot of people, it may be difficult to find enough people to get a class started. I know that if there were to be a deffinent class for these I'd look at one. But even if we did get 10+ ppl together, it would still be a risk to get the karts and then take the chance of having to get rid of it quick. A traveling class would be cool tho. Like Mini World of Outlaws.
