I thought on any restart that it went back to the previous line up from the last lap completed, not 2 laps prior. PLEASE HELP? because it is confusing when some tracks do that, I don't know what to think so confusing.......

This was already explained perhaps you missed it Friday nite or did not want to hear it ! Several cars at the end of the lap showed signs of lack of fuel, the remaining cars completed the first lap and started the second. A fuel stop was called before the second lap was started. The second lap was not completed. Therefore the second lap did not count and the first was reverted back to the prior line up, because all the cars needed fuel. 1st car stalled iniciates a fuel stop, racing stops. What's the problem ? Anyway it is a track officials decision !
