Fast and Furious Friday nights continued at Bridgeport Speedway with Choice SportsCards Autograph Night 6/13/08. http://www.choicesportscards.com/ Brian Sherwood of Choice SportsCards was at the track to present the winners on the 1/4 mile with a certificate for a custom made sports card set.
In the 270cc feature race we saw Andrew Locuson, Win comeing from a 5th starting position working his way to first by lap 6th and leading the rest of the way for the win, followed by his twin brother Chris for 2nd who came from the 7th starting spot, working his way to second on lap 10. Katie Fitzsimmons grabbed the 3rd spot on lap 11 coming from 8th. Jay Hartman grabbed the 4th position from starting 11th and John Copeland grabbed the 5th position coming from 10th.
In the 600cc Feature Jeff Hartman grabbed the Feature win coming from the 12th starting position running most of the race without his nose wing lost in a early race tangle. Jeff grabbed the lead on lap 4 and lead the rest of the way for his second win in 2 weeks at Bridgeport Speedway. Eddie Wagner finished 2nd followed by DJ Wykes in 3rd. With Kyle Newcomb grabbing the 4th position coming from 10th starting spot and Richie Keller finishing 5th coming from the 20th starting spot.
The 4 Cylinders saw Warren Stradley take the Feature win from a 6th starting position followed by Dave Damiano and Mike Hughes.
The Bridgeport Limited Sprints saw Tim Iulg take the Feature win with Ryan Maisenhalter second and Kevin Darling rounding out the top three.
The 358's Small Blocks Feature winner was Eric Korman who started 6th followed in 2nd by Bill Klingmeyer and Ron Roberts in 3rd, Rob Pierce was 4th and Harry Marlin rounding out the top Five.

With 32, 270cc Micro Sprints signed in . The 4 heats went to Jay Hartman, Andrew Locuson, John Blanda and Chris Locuson The BUCKHORN Restaurant B main was won by Dana Lomothe.

Special Thanks to Miss Motorsports 2008 Tiffany Skias and Christy Tanner of AARN for appearing at the track on Friday June 13 as part of her appearances for their trip to Victory Junction Gang Camp on June 17, 2008. The Silent auction table was a hugh sussess for racing items from the local racers, with the proceeds going to Tiffany to bring to the victory Junction Gang Camp. Thanks also goes out to the Buben family for the silent auction table.

Come and out see young hot shoes in the 270 cc Micro Sprints and 600 cc Micro Sprints on the inner quarter mile dirt track. Also, the always competitive 4 cylinder stock cars provide full fendered action as well on the "little track". On the "big track", come out to see the Bridgeport Limited Sprints square off against the New Egypt SS Sprints. Plus, 358 Small Blocks will be in action. Front Gates open at 5:00 PM. Back Pit Gates will open at 6:00 PM. The first qualifying race begins at 7:00 PM. General Admission tickets are $13 for adults. Kids 12 and under are admitted for free
