What is required for 09 as far as the fuel cell is this a state law? Who 270, 600, all sprints and where will it be require?

A bladder tank will be required to race at any track using U6SA rules (600 only). It is on the shoulders of the tracks to adopt the rules package to allow us racers to be able to race under 1 set of rules.
