I can't remember the material to get to check the clearance on the dome. Also where to get it or part number would be great.

Me too.... Just bend an "L" in it...

.060 plumbing solder and lay across the piston. laying across the piston will give you a more correct reading than a making an 'L' shape and sticking down through the spark plug hole. 'L' shape will not get a correct reading because it will cause the piston to rock when compressing the solder. it makes it a little more removing the head to do it this way but it is more accurate.
