The 600 Modifieds are designed to be it's own class. The intention of the series is to offer an inexpensive alternative to current divisions by limiting the suspension to steel shocks, spec tires, max wheel widths, stock engines and weight rule that benefits the heavier driver (i.e. no titanium to make weight). Other than that it's real similar to a micro. Other advantages include racing at some high profile tracks so there's a much bigger audience, tech inspection, tech inspection, oh and tech inspection. Transponders and one-way radios also help make show better for the fans.
