Gaerte Micro Motors would like to know what you like to see out of an engine. Sure we all want 500hp all the time and the ability to run the engine for ten years lol, but realize we have to compromise in some areas. We have already stretched the power band to an amazing rpm range. Yet we would still like to hear from you as to what you desire most i.e. “would you give up peak for more midrange or bottom end, faster turn around?”
Let us know your thoughts.

the most important part of the power range is coming off the corner yeah its great to go fast down the straight but if you cant beat a car of the corner your not going to go anywhere just my opinion

Its hard to decide if you should have to have power coming off the turn but you also need the power right when you enter to fully complete the pass so you can throw it sideways without hitting someone on the outside but some tracks you keep them wound out alot like at gvat i almost whent threw the turn on the limiter of qourse i was spinning like crazy and it was my first time in the car so i never ran it when it was realy hooked up my set up was horrible but in my 270 i think it is important to come off the turn and go in its nice shifting because you can gear it right so you have the rpms giving you the torqe coming off and going in.
