down tube car will have part of the chassis extending from the front of the rollcage on the top down to the front of the car, a mid rail will have the bars on the top from the front of the car to mount approximentally in the center of the car rollcage, 4 bars is a type of suspension usually indicating a torsion car also some chassis builders use the term to explain the way that they attach the rear axle assembly but usually refers to the suspension as in torsion at all corners of the car, coil is anouther type of suspension that use coil springs for the suspension instead of torsion bars. w-link is a part that chassis manfactures use to set the rear axle it is a part of the suspension system to locate the rear axxle in a car, hope this helps

The car you have for sale is a midrail car. Can't tell by the pics but if your shocks run up thru the center of a spring then your car is a coilover.
