How does someone who is banned allowed to keep changing his name and post messages even though it says banned on there name ????????

Cause he wasn't banned until after he posted. The thread will disappear shortly I'm sure.

Since his ip is dynamic I would have to ban all of the windstream ISP to totaly get rid of him. Not to say the thought of doing just that hasn't crossed my mind :) but we do have a few other members who use that isp. So for now we just ban him as we see him.
