is this a complete race-ready car or just an engine?

the car is race ready i bought the car for $5,500 at the end of the race season and they stopped running modlites at roaring knob. Car had two feature wins driven by rookie of the year. its been in the garage since. three kids under the age of six the cars go to go. had offer of 2200 for motor. also have extras
