Need help IDing this QM
Hi all, new here and looking for info of what this is. I'm cleaning out my father in laws estate and this is part of it. I know it had a different motor and wheels originally but are long gone. I did the body on it maybe six years ago and from sitting in a hot attic has a few cracks in the paint but otherwise solid. It was never reinstalled on the chassis. The brand new motor has only been run a couple of times in the same period. I have not fired it up.
Main question is - is it a Qtr. Midget and what can be done with it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
TIA
Sawyer

I'm certainly not an authority, but that doesn't look like anything I remembering seeing back in the 80's. If it was actually a QM at some point, was most likely home built. Since it has a clutch, best bet is probably to sell it locally as a yard cart.

Thanks Mrutherford and powrplus9x. My FIL had had it for quite a few years and I only remember it used to have aluminium wheels which are long gone and no engine. I remember him saying it had a motorcycle engine but that was not with it when he purchased it. I did repair the fiberglass shell but it was sitting in an attic for the past several years and some checkering in the paint a small crack from handling. It all appears to be a quality build from what is left of it and doesn't seem to be home built.
I'm too big for it so any suggestion of where to market it would be helpful. Maybe the value is more in the motor for a different application as it is a nearly brand new B&S horizontal shaft engine.
If any other pics would be helpful I have more.
