  • How do I help my son get into QM racing in Central PA?

Hi everybody, I am new to this website. I have just recently started to gather information for my son, who is 7, about quarter midget racing. He has talked about racing for a couple years and he is getting serious about it now. I have no idea how to get him into the sport and I am looking for any and all advise as to where to start, what we need, what we need to know, and anything else you think may be helpful.

Thanks and I look forward to the feedback!

    Zach

Sorry it took so long to reply. Summer is always hectic around here. Thanks for all the help. I really appreciate it!

Susquehanna near York Haven, PA has USAC Track we race there occasionally. https://www.facebook.com/SQMRA/ or BAPs Motor Speedway.

Thanks. I did some research about these clubs and found a Quarter Midget Clubs all around PA. I didn't even know it was a thing. I already contacted the President and we are setting up further meetings. Thanks for your help.

Any advice on what type and size of car we may be looking for?

Join a USAC local club, because there are NO QMA clubs left in the old region 2. QMA is mainly west coast.
